All endurance athletes need to incorporate flexibility and mobility training into their schedule, its a must. This class is not about inversions and trying to go into the splits. The focus is purely on injury prevention and mobility for athletes.
In these classes, we work on mobility and natural movement patterns needed for any sport or daily life in general. The greater your joint mobility, the greater your range of motion, and the more tension and stability you'll be able to generate.
