LIFT is our 60 min strength and mobility class for endurance athletes. Think classic loaded exercises that utilize multiple muscle groups simultaneously such as the deadlift, loaded squat, weighted lunge and military press. We focus on explosive power as well as a selection of weighted carries, primal mobility and unilateral stability work - all geared toward making you stronger and injury proof. We also incorporate mobility training as an active recovery between the strength sets.  


Strength training should be a component of every endurance athletes weekly training schedule. We strongly encourage you to come to this class every Wednesday so that you can work and improve on your skill and technique. 


All levels welcome, we will help with technique and guide you through.
