OUR CITY ALPS VIRTUAL STUDIO

With no more access (for now) to our beloved City Alps studio in Amsterdam...

From 23-31 March, we will be sharing free daily City Alps classes with you via instagram-live so that you can keep #adventureready. Most of our members are also keeping active with our #cityalpssolomovechallenge via strava and instagram - it's awesome to see!

In the meantime, we have to put together a 4-week solo move challenge. The challenge will include 3 different tracks, beginning on 1 April. The tracks are ...

RUN STRONGER, a program designed for runners with a big focus on injury prevention

CYCLE STRONGER, a program designed for all our cyclists 

LEAN & MEAN, a cardio and strength program to get you leaner, stronger and naturally more athletic

The program will be progressive and will include access to weekly group strength training in our new online studio, Timbuktu. This will include private links to follow our YOUTUBE training videos and access to 2 weekly LIVE zoom group sessions.
