THE TRAINING PROGRAM
Daily LIVE group training sessions via zoom: strength&conditioning classes for runners and cyclists; cardio&strength; stretch&flow and band camp.
Recordings of all LIVE classes will be available for 24hours after each class.

Extra LIVE seminars and workshops
We are planning to open again on 1 July. Currently, all our classes are open and free to monthly members. If you would like to join the outdoor classes, it will count as 1 credit. If you would like to join us on zoom, then please send an email and we will work out how many credits you will need for the classes that you wish to take part in. Thank you.

A cardio and strength workout designed to get you leaner, stronger and naturally more athletic
A strength and stability class using only resistance bands - brilliant for injury prevention and overall strength
STRETCH & FLOW
A restorative class which focuses on improving general mobility for all athletes
