READY TO TAKE ON THE 6-WEEK CHALLENGE ?

Comeback Stronger this Summer and sign-up to complete at least 4 sessions / week as follows: 

  • At least 1 RIDE POWER class

  • At least 1 RIDE PEAK class 

  • At least 1 STRENGTH or MOUNTAIN FIT or RIDE & STRENGTH or CORE class 

  • At least 1 long and easy ride or run (CITY ALPS ‘SUNDAY FUNDAY’ RUN or RIDE or solo mission)

 

If on holiday for a week or more during the challenge, move at least 3 times / week for 30 minutes or more (running, hiking, swimming, road cycling, MTB biking, gravel biking etc.) and complete 1 online City Alps on-demand STRENGTH, CARDIO, CORE, BAND CAMP or MOBILITY class. 

 

That’s it. Let's all gently (re)establish healthy habits, with a customised City Alps sticker tracker calendar to hold you accountable and City Alps coaches and community to keep you motivated. There will be some prizes to be won for full sticker calendars and the biggest comebacks as selected by your City Alps coaches!
