Curious about what we’re all about? This video will give you a feel for who we are, how we train, and how we mix cycling, strength, and community to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more connected. Our approach is built around three things we care deeply about: Community, Adventure and Longevity.

 

We keep our classes small (just 12 people max), so it feels personal, and you get the coaching and support you need—whether you're just starting out or chasing performance goals. With three membership options, there’s a bit of flexibility too. Most importantly, you'll get to meet an amazing crew of people here in Amsterdam Oost who love to train, push each other, and have a good time doing it.

We use high-performance indoor, power-based bikes that track your individual power (watts) and key metrics in real time. This means you get instant feedback during the session, plus a clear summary afterwards so you can see how you did.

Our training is based on RPM (speed / reps per minute) and FTP (functional threshold power). The great thing about this system is that everyone trains at their own relative effort. You might have a complete beginner riding next to someone very experienced, and you’ll both be working just as hard -  for example, cycling at 70% effort even though the actual watts you’re pushing are different and personalised to you.

This makes sessions feel really motivating and encouraging, and it’s been shown to help people stay consistent, focused, and excited to improve.

We use an app called MOWL to track everything. You simply download the app and connect it to the bike via Bluetooth ... super easy.

In terms of pedals, we use SPD cleats, but don’t worry if you don’t have cycling shoes yet. The pedals also have cages, so you can ride comfortably in normal trainers too.
