THE DETAILS

Meeting point: 07:00 sharp every Friday at Five Ways Coffee Roasters in Oost (near Oosterpark).

The Run: Approximately 10km at a conversational pace of ~ 6min. Faster runners loop back to keep the group together, and every week offers a fresh, inspiring route.
