To get you ready to tackle the infamous Egmond aan Zee 21km on 8 January 2023!
The toughest half-marathon in the Netherlands, as you run along the beach and through the rolling dunes of the North Holland Dune Reserve. The conditions on the day are likely to include wind, rain and cold .... battling the elements ... BUT its a vibe!
To join the program, you should already be able to comfortably run 5km. For all workouts, we give adjustments for all levels from beginner to advanced.

The program includes all the above but does not include your race entry fee, running license and bus ticket to the start. We are hoping to get a City Alps Business team entry depending on the number of people that sign up to this program, so for now please hold off on getting a race entry on the official website. We will let you know soonest on how we plan to sign-up our City Alps runners (either as a group or individual).
