MONTHLY SOCIAL GRAVEL RIDE

There is SO much to explore in the Netherlands if you have or rent a gravel bike. We highly recommend getting into this! It's Dutch adventure at it's best.

Our monthly gravel ride is a social occasion to explore exciting routes, stop for hot choc, end with a beer, have good chats, plan for other adventures together etc.... you get the point :)

We have a WhatsApp group for the gravellers where all the comms for this will take place. Each month, there will be a community leader who will decide the route, distance etc depending on who decides to join. The distance will be more or less 60km - sometimes much longer if the group is keen or if some peeps want to do a bit of extra time on the legs while others start sipping that well earned beer.

Make sure you always arrive with your own tools and fuel and that you have a little bit of cycling experience behind you - by no means do you have to be excellent/fast/furious ... you just have to be able to cycle at about 25km an hour on a bike at least. We will always meet at City Alps and then from there, cycle out of Amsterdam or take the train/cars to an area close to Amsterdam.

All City Alps members or class credit holders can join for these rides! 

We meet at 10:00 (mostly) but it is important that you are part of the City Alps WhatsApp Gravel group if you want to join these rides so that you can keep up to date with all the monthly plans :)
