CITY ALPS RUN CLUB

Twice a week, we meet outside the City Alps studio for a group run. The only commitment we ask is to buy and wear our CITY ALPS running t-shirt (after your first few runs with us).
Tempo Tuesdays ...
alternates between stair/bridge interval repeats or tempo sessions (about 10-12km total). We also do a 5km or 8km time trial every second or third month. A base running fitness is required before you join these sessions, but you can be any pace (we always fetch runners in the recovery part of our intervals and our warm up and down is always at chatting, easy pace).
Thursday, LSD Social Run...
involves a long, easy distance of around 12km, with a different loop every week. All paces are welcome! We always collect the back runners, which means that the front runners can clock more KMs.
