Trail Running Workshop x Salomon

Time to Play, with Salomon. We hope to have a NL pro trail runner join us for the day as we workshop the four disciplines of trail running, talk downhill running and uphill hiking technique, when and how to use poles, fueling, test some gear and so much more. All the talking will be followed by doing as we head out for a nice, easy trail run, with a few distance and route options.
