There is so much benefit in incorporating yoga into your weekly training schedule as an endurance sports enthusiast or in general. From understanding how to control and use your breath correctly, improving strength, flexibility and balance and working on your mind body connection as your practice deepen.

This class will really help you improve your range of motion, mobility, and coordination, all of which can help boost your performance and efficiency and prevent injury.


Please bring your own yoga mat for extra grip otherwise we have our own standard studio workout mats and block.
