Annual Dolomiti Extreme Trail Run Race (and Bikepacking for some) Trip with City Alps
Dolomiti Extreme Trail Run. Distances: 11/22/55/72/103km. Some of us will also bikepack slowly over 2 days from Venice to the start of the race (around 150km). We take care of race entries, accommodation, food, transport and bikes (if applicable). Flights not included. Details below.

What’s Included?
- Cheap and cheerful accomodation near the Venice airport
- Race entry
- Guesthouse accomodation on Wednesday in Vittorio Veneto (beautiful spot on a farm http://www.capiadera.com)
- Dinner at the restaurant on Wednesday evening in Vittorio Veneto (its Italy so all the food is pretty much guaranteed to be good)
- Camping at Forno di Zoldo (4 nights). The camp site, Camping Le Bocole, is run by 4 (or was it 5) brothers. Its really nice and the on-site restuarant is one of the best we have been to. They make the best polenta dish. 365 days of the year.
- Bike rental & transfer
- Excellently guided cycle tour (navigation by Elsje and on/off bike presentation of history in the area from Dayne)
- Delicious italian ice-cream en route for both cycle days
- Finishers beers at the end of the cycle
- Delicious local Italian meals on Saturday and Sunday night at Forno di Zoldo
- Transfer to start of race
- Transfer to the restaurant and back on Sunday evening
- Transfer back to the airport by shuttle bus and/or car on Monday morning
- Pre-Dolomiti info/workshop/clinic night in Amsterdam (we will cover the route, terrain, equipment, technique, nutrition etc.)

PROGRAM DETAILS
- Fly Tuesday (we suggest the late Easyjet flight 21:55 – 23:50)
- Wednesday: cycle to Vittorio Veneto
- Stay at a beautiful farm house & have dinner together
- Thursday: cycle up the mountain to Forno di Zoldo
- Friday: relax, explore town, eat, late departure for 72/103 km runners (22h start for 103 km and 24h start for 72 km)
- Saturday: 5 am for start 55 km
- Borrel at the finish!
- Saturday night: traditional Italian dinner
- Sunday: 8:30 am start for 22 km and 11 km
- Sunday night: celebratory supper and City Alps prizegiving aat a 200-year old restaurant in the area
- Shuttle back to Venice on Monday
